Gautam Shankar, CEO, GES Infotek Ltd.
  • Gautam has spent 14+ years in technology and management roles in semiconductor equipment automation industry (over 10 years), embedded systems development and medical instrumentation. He has been closely associated with business operations in both India and Japan. He has worked with major semiconductor/ FPD equipment OEMs and device FABs in system design and consultancy roles for over 12 years. Prior to GES Infotek, he was Director and General Manager of Wins Ltd., Japan , and CTO of Wins Infotek. Gautam earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Model Engineering College (Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi, India) and is currently pursuing his Masters degree in Business Administration from University of Liverpool (Liverpool, UK).

Dr. Maydan is known as the industry visionary with 4 decades of leadership experiences in Semiconductor manufacturing and equipment industry. Under his leadership, Applied Materials became the world’s #1 semiconductor equipment manufacturer. He is granted 188 patents, ”Life time achievement award” from SEMI, and SV Engineering Hall of Fame. Dr. Maydan is currently on the board of directors of several high tech companies in US and Israel including Ponte Solutions, INNI, Cambrio, Drexter Technology, Infinera, EFI, and Solyndra
Dr. Henry H. Nguyen – Managing General Partner, IDG Ventures Vietnam.
Prior to joining IDG Ventures, Henry held positions at Goldman Sachs and was a co-founder of VITC Telecommunications, Vine Quality Hospitality Group, S2S Medical Publishing, and Medschool.com. Henry is on the Board of the Vietnam Strategic Venture Network and previously was a Governor of the American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam. He also serves on the Board of iSphere Software, Punch Entertainment, DreamViet, Vega Technology Group, and VinaPay. Henry received a B.A. in Classics at Harvard University and his M.D. and M.B.A. from Northwestern University and the Kellogg School of Management.
Julien Nguyen - Managing Director of Concept Ventures.
Julien has 25 years of operational entrepreneur and early stage information investment experiences. Julien found AMAT venture in 2001 and Concept Venture in 2005. He was a founder or was part of founding team of four successful start-ups. He sits on the board of Envision, Grandis, ZillionTV, Takumi, and Sigma Design (Nasdaq: SIGM). Julien received a MS degree from Ecole Poly Polytechnique Paris, France.

Steve has over 25 years of Operational and Financial experience. Prior to Lam, Mr. Lanza served as Mattson Technology’s Senior Vice President -Global Business Operations. Prior to Mattson Technology, Mr. Lanza held Financial and Operational executive roles with CPU Technology – a System on Chip systems corporation, NeoMagic Corporation a semiconductor device company, Watkins-Johnson Semiconductor Equipment company and Raychem Corporation, a multibillion technology corporation.
