Continued Growth at GES Spurs New Appointments
SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov 20th – GES Inc. today announced two key appointment to enhance customer services and to position the company further growth.
Marty W. Mason, Executive Vice President of Business Development. Marty brings to GES over 25 years of Semiconductor Equipment experience, including executive management at 3 successful startups. Prior to joining GES, Marty served as vice president of sales and customer support operations at Nextest Systems Corporation where he has helped growing the sales from zero to over $100 million in annual revenue. Marty has also held similar sales executive positions at Watkins Johnson, Cutek, Applied Materials, and Megatest. During his 25 years in Sales, Marketing and Global Customer Operations, he held various positions of increasing responsibility. Marty is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the Santa Clara University Graduate School of Business, and served six years in the Naval Aviation as an officer prior to joining the semiconductor industry.
Michihiro “Hiro” Kashiwa, President of GES Japan KK. Mr. Kashiwa is currently the President of MRK International, LLC which he found in Cupertino, California. His firm has been successful providing the highest quality service in Consulting, Marketing and Sales for high-tech global corporations in US and Japan looking to expand and develop new markets. Prior to MRK, Hiro was the Executive Vice President of Japan based Fujikin Corp., one of the largest Component and Fluid Delivery System Integration companies worldwide. Under his skillful leadership, Fujikin's worldwide semiconductor business has grown from zero to multiple hundred million dollars in annual revenue. Mr. Kashiwa earned the B.S. degree in Engineering Management from Tokyo Science University in 1979. He is fluent in English, Japanese, and Spanish.
