GES Inc. today announced it has been awarded a long-term service contract by Tokyo Electron FE Ltd., a semiconductor equipment services division of Tokyo Electron Ltd. Under terms of the contract, GES Inc. and TEL FE will develop a dedicated field service team with engineers from Viet Nam to support Tokyo Electron's semiconductor processing equipment products and its global installed base. The intent of the agreement is also to create a long-term relationship with GES Inc for sourcing projects at competitive costs and therefore delivering highest customer satisfaction.
